Background:
Reverb.com (part of the Etsy House of Brands) is the world’s largest online marketplace for buying and selling musical instruments.
While leading the seller marketing team, I was tasked with an immediate challenge to increase new and lapsed lister growth to keep the company on a forward path.
Supplementing traditional Product Marketing tactics, I innovated the “List & Win” campaign, a giveaway series unique to Reverb and music makers.
I built a strategy and executed over 8 giveaways. From partnering with top brands like Roland, Korg, Taylor, Moog, and GoodHertz, to music legends like SkiBeatz and L10Mixedit, our giveaways were buzzing across the MI space.
The campaigns led to tens of thousands of new listings on the marketplace.
Deliverables consisted of integrated content campaigns (YouTube, IG, blog content), email and push marketing, and in-product messaging.
